Physical Fitness

You probably don’t need to do much to prepare physically, but if you do 30 squats a day in the month before coming, you’ll be able to do all the hikes without breaking a sweat, and be able to acclimate to the higher altitude much better. Start with 1 or 2 squats a day two months prior (Sept 1!), and add one a day until October 1, and then just maintain 30 (or increase if you want to!)

Yoga and breathing practices encouraged. We will be showing you some great ones in the container.
