50% deposit upon registration, and payment in full by August 31.

Cancellation and Refunds
Life is unpredictable, we get it. Please consider obtaining Travel Insurance.

- 50% refundable before August 31, 3025
- 0% refundable after August 31, 2025
Currency Exchange
Bring US Dollars to exchange for Bhutanese Ngultrum at the airport or other exchange venues. You may want to have small denomination bills to offer the temple statues and displays, as is customary. In the villages, there is no ATM or credit card functionality, if you are considering buying local artisanal textiles or crafts.
In larger towns like Thimphu and Paro, most storefronts accept credits cards.
